Striking One idea at a time:
Low Orbiting patriotic Satellites:
Goal: Act as a patriotic missile system targeting missiles - obviously
Mechanism: Any kind of destructive device- radiation/kinetic
Usability: Acts as a defence mechanism in high altitudes. Can act against aircrafts, missiles, metorites, alien invasion
Disadvantages: Should not be hacked/taken over - might lead to global apocalypse.. he he he
Refuelling mechanism: Highly complicated if its manual-- so need to use its advantage of height and get the raw material from higher atmospheric layers... leading to large re-fuelling time.
Fuel: Can be electric/ ions / radio-activity from outer space.... or manipulation of the space and vaccum it is surrounded
Other advantages... can be used as low orbiting normal satellite functions.
